Major Milestone for Samana Group: Infrastructure and Housing Consortium Deal Signed

Dear Team, Investors, Clients, and Partners,
Today marks one of the most important milestones in the history of Samana Group.

After an intensive, multi-month process, we have successfully finalized and signed a strategic execution partnership structure that covers both infrastructure and housing delivery for Nomad City.

To the best of our knowledge, no other developer in the Dominican Republic has structured a comparable partnership with an execution consortium under these terms. For the first time, we have an integrated framework that combines infrastructure and housing execution with payment-after-delivery structures and insurance-backed risk mitigation mechanisms. Following the listing of our Land Bank structure on the Swiss Stock Exchange, this represents yet another milestone for Samana Group and another example of us pioneering structures that previously did not exist in the regional real estate market.

The consortium is led by Engineer Raúl Sosa and R-Sosa Constructora, one of the most experienced infrastructure execution groups operating in Samaná and across the Dominican Republic, with a strong track record in large-scale road, drainage, and utility infrastructure projects. The structure is further supported by Solución Modular, a Dominican construction company with nearly a decade of industrialized construction experience, alongside specialized subcontractors including BIRSA Electric, with 36 years of international engineering experience, and Ricardo Cruz & Associates, with more than 15 years of civil works, excavation, paving, and infrastructure execution experience. Their decision to partner with Samana Group is not only strategically important, but it is also a strong validation of the seriousness, scale, and long-term vision of what we are building.

On a personal level, this moment is deeply symbolic for me. When I first arrived in this part of Samaná nearly nine years ago, I was literally driving on one of the roads this consortium had completed only weeks earlier. Without that infrastructure, access to many parts of the peninsula would still have been extremely difficult. Today, years later, we are working together to build the next generation of infrastructure that will shape the region’s future.

I would also like to thank the entire Samana Group team for the enormous effort behind this milestone, especially Ronald from Legal, Belén, Juan, and Edmundo from Construction, Marcos from Finance, as well as the legal team of our fiduciary partner and our investment committee, who closely oversaw the entire process. The last few years have tested this company in extraordinary ways. Yet despite every challenge, the team continued moving forward, adapting, restructuring, and building. We still have an enormous amount of work ahead of us, and execution now matters more than ever. But today represents a major step forward in transforming years of planning into large-scale execution capability.

Thank you to everyone who believed in us and stayed with us throughout this journey.

Marek Zmyslowski,
CEO, Samana Group
